How is it made?
Our plant was originally conceived as an environmental initiative. Motivated by the idea of hazardous waste management, we discovered the science of infinite renewal of natural resources.

We take waste rubber
We accept used tires from all kinds of transport. Few people know, but used tires are a waste hazard of class IV and thus are subject to mandatory recycling. Left in landfills, they pose a serious threat to the environment.

Put it through a shredder
We use an industrial shredder for grinding rubber. It is a hydraulic system that propels the feed material to the rotating rotor which is fitted with blades for further grinding.

Immerse in a process plant
The retort is lowered into the furnace where the decomposition process occurs under the influence of fractionation temperature and pressure.

Apply the thermal degradation mode
Under the heat and pressure, and in the absence of oxygen in the furnace, the chemical decomposition of organic materials occurs.

INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT ABOUT RECYCLING:
